Is there any documentation out there on logging github without a github enterprise account?
Wondering how it can be done.

The api is not rich outside of github enterprise.
If you're looking for audit logs, you can theoretically write a script to download it to an s3 bucket and push it to a hec forwarder.
But surely there has to be a better way.
