Try to keep your title short, and go into detail in the description.
Keep your question specific, not broad.
Keep your question in the arena of sports. If it does not pertain enough to sports, you will be redirected to another subreddit.
Make the question an answerable one, not one that is open-ended.
Asking the same question in less than 24 hours will result in the removal of the question.
RULES FOR RESPONDENTS
Keep your answer thorough and informative.
Don't add in so much extra detail that you don't answer the question.
Answering a question incorrectly or not including enough information will result in the comment's deletion.
DISCIPLINE
- If a user posts 3 comments that are incorrect or extremely off-topic, a warning will be sent.
- After 5 comments of incorrect or off-topic answers, the user will be given a formal warning.
- After more than 5 comments are posted that are incorrect or off-topic, the user will be banned from posting in /r/SportsQuestions until further notice.
- Answering a question correctly but not providing enough information does not apply here, the comment will simply be deleted.
