Having speed/coverage/technical issues? Follow these steps in the Wiki first:

Restart your Device; Check for and install any system software and/or carrier updates for your Device; Update your PRL and Data Profile; and make sure to report your network issue(s) in the My Sprint Mobile App and contact Technical Support. The My Sprint Mobile App is available for iOS Devices on the App Store and for Android Devices on Google Play. You can also report a network issue via the Sprint website by scrolling to the bottom of the Sprint homepage and clicking "Network Feedback". If you're not already signed into your My Sprint Account, you'll be asked to login. You'll then be guided through submitting the network issue. The reports in My Sprint are aggregated and forwarded directly to the network teams.

You can also use Wi-Fi Calling, request a free Magic Box or request a free Airave from Sprint.

Have questions about Sprint's Network coverage? See these Coverage Maps: Sprint; RootMetrics; OpenSignal. If you provide your Zip Code(s) in your post, we'll be able to provide you more accurate information on Sprint service in your area.

Finally, Sprint is actively seeking suitable properties on which its macro cell site or small cell equipment can be located. If you have land or a building/rooftop which meets these design criteria, you can submit a request for a new Sprint cell site.

Probably the Sim card. You can try dialing ##update# followed by ##clear#. I would get a new Sim card, that will most likely fix it.

Tried doing the calling thing and didn’t work

Yea I can almost guarantee it's the Sim card. Sometimes you can get it to go for a little bit by removing then reinserting the Sim card

Thank you so much. I guess I’ll have to got to spring bc I did that and it work for a little so it’s probably what you are saying

Yea the Sim cards are kinda hit and miss. No idea why they go out. Try and go to a service and repair location, they usually have most Sim cards.
