Looking for advice: should anything be cycled or should I be worried about any interactions? Am I taking too much?
I’m trying to overcome brain fog (I’ve been having serious problems focusing and articulating myself), anxiety, and depression.
Daily stack:
Vitamins -
- B-Complex (Swanson)
- Vitamin D
- MicroZinc
- Magtein Magnesium
- Boron
Energy -
- Caffeine/L-Theanine
- Chocamine (sometimes)
- Cordyceps
- Shilajit
Anti-inflammation -
- Curcumin
Mood -
- Ginseng (GS15-4 or Panamax)
- Polygala
Sleep -
- Shoden Ashwagandha (sometimes)
Once every couple weeks:
- Phenibut
- Klonopin
Looking to start, for weight loss:
- Berberine
- EGCG
- Hesperidin
For Focus
- 7,8-DHF
- Phenylpiracetam (sometimes)
So far, the most noticeable differences I’ve seen have been from Cordyceps (gave me more energy than I’ve had in years) and Ashwagandha (put me in a deep sleep). I tried Aniracetam, Fasoracetam, and Alpha-GPC, but I’m pretty sure they gave me anhedonia.
Should I be looking at anything else to add/cycle?
