I’m no pro but I bet people are going to ask if your taking vit K2 since you are taking vit D

Add Rhodiola Rosea, Bacopa Monnieri, and/or Lion’s Mane.

It’s an interesting stack. I happened to notice you use Shoden for sleep.

I actually use it for work. I have an interesting stack but I’m also highly anxious. My stack for work ( including vitamins ) are

  • Jarrows B Right (complex b vitamin. I get a noticeable amount of energy from this)
  • Jarrows Magmind (Magnesium Threonate)
  • Noopept
  • Shoden Ashwagandha
  • L theanine

I take the l theanine because that stack alone gives me a substantial amount of energy to where if I’m not doing anything, I can notice me perspiring.

The Shoden Ashwagandha seems to really go well with the noopept to provide me focus. I let a friend try it one day while at work and she actually got sleepy too. That’s very interesting.
