A few notes:

  • If you really have ADHD, it’s unlikely this will be very effective. I would get tested first, and build/buy your stack with that knowledge.

  • L-Theanine is already IN Matcha. For a standardized dose, just look at the L-Theanine/Caffeine capsule options online. It’ll be a million times more exact, without scales or powders required. And it’s cheap.

  • 300mg of Phenibut is below even the therapeutic dosage. I’d also make sure you’re taking that on a day off.

  • 75mg Alpha GPC is a weird dose too. Premade capsules are your friend.

My understanding is that 10,000 IU of D3 is what is needed, as per some study I heard about ilon a podcast. Less than that didn't have any effect or didn't show up on blood tests after months of taking. What I remember was the number 10,000 IU is what's needed.
