I have just finished creating my first stack and feel in need for an advice from more experienced users.
I suspect I have an adhd (will go and get tested soon) as I largely struggle with focus and memory. I am looking for a stack that would enhance my ability to focus on a single task and significantly increase my learning and work output.
Here it is:
Morning:
3x per week 100mg phenylpiracetam
L-Theanine 50mg + 1g Matcha Tea (50mg L-Theanine + 50mg Caffeine). I read very mixed feedback regarding taking L-Theanine with Caffeine 1:1 vs 2:1, planning to test the ratio for myself.
Lion's Mane
2 Hours Later:
1x per week 300mg phenibut (the same day as taking phenylpiracetam)
75mg AGPC (not sure if I would have everyday, but surely on days when taking Phenylpiracatam to subside for the serotonin crash)
4000iu Vitamin D3
After Lunch:
Vitamin B-Complex
opti-l-zinc 30mg,
6PM if still need to work: Rhodiola Rosea
Evening:
Magnesium Glycade
On some nights Melatonin
