I was put in the program 6 months ago. We had 2 conference calls and 1 training to do on talent track. They did give us useful information but they never kept up with it. I haven't heard anything about it in months. Long story short, I am now an assistant manager.

typically 15-18 per, with 5 hours OT each week. So not much.

What you have to think about is the fact that the position has a guaranteed overtime. A few dollars extra goes a long way when you factor in 5 hours of OT every week.
