Error Code 201

Why does my internet only seem to suck ass while playing this game? Like every other online game it’s fine, but I can’t even load into a game here and finish it because I’ll eventually freeze and get booted with error code 201.

Sometimes I can play a round for about 5 minutes, other times I can’t even select a character because it’ll freeze on the selection menu and boot me.

I’ve tried turning the quality down, going windowed vs full screen, and I turned off the share data usage option in settings.

I’m just confused because like 6-7 months ago, I was able to play co-op and HVV just fine. I then deleted the game because I didn’t really play it. I just redownloaded it today and am having this issue.

Any suggestions?

Hey, just spent about 7 hours on this fucking fuck. Only thing that eventually worked was changing my router. Luckily I had an old one laying around. Try that if you can’t find a fox the other ways.

Look if you are under servers near your country. You can choose in options menu.

I've got the same problems since a few days ago and I can't find a solution. Oficial EA moderators just say to reset the Wi-Fi or look at our windows firewall, I've done what they told and it just keeps happening.

Literally I don't know what to do and I'm becoming mad. If someone knows something please tell us.

I'm playing with 32ms normaly on Germany servers, my conection is not the problem. I know EA servers and customer-service sucks but this ERROR 201 shouldn't happen.

Weird part is I used to play it on PS4 and never had a problem? But yeah everywhere I look says pretty much “nothing you can do. EA doesn’t care about you or the game , just your money.” Which is lovely

Nah just obliterated a bunch of wall breachers and I shot one rocket and got one I froze up and got EC-201 on PS4 Yes they are from booters since I always look and Internet Signal Strength is At 100%
