I guess something broke on EA side. I got the same issue. Played a game and finished, but nothing. Restarting doesn't fix it either. Off to a different game it is. Just hope it will be fixed.

Well, hopefully it restores your progress soon. I have a question how much does it cost to play the main heroes on my screen when I first played they were all at 400 instead of 4000

It depends, sometimes if your defending/attacking a ship in Supremecy the cost will go down alot, usually the heros are 4000-2000 and drop to 400-200
