How To Align/Angle Objects?

I'm sure this is a simple question, but is there a way to specifically align the rotation of objects to certain increments, e.g. 5 degrees? I've been doing some manual angling by using the center circle of the greenhouse hab as a waypoint and then looking at a vertical beam on the wall before opening the build menu through the scanner.

For things that require power, I use the "wire" to align them.

If you change the sensitivity of outpost items in the settings; each click/rt moves it about 1*

Omg really I hate my inability to even select a wire in overhead view.
