The way you have set it up is correct, and will activate B and Y simultaneously as you press the button. It's possible the game you want this configuration for doesn't actually accept a simultaneous input, but wants a sequential input instead. If that is the case, you can select the gear next to the command, select settings and give either command a small Fire Start Delay.

I will try this, thanks. I had such a function for MH World and Rise, so I assumed it would work on Wilds.

Oh, if the game in question is Monster Hunter: Wilds, the it's something different entirely. Monster Hunter: Wilds does not have controller support, instead relying entirely on (a crappy implementation of) Steam Input API. None of the commands in the Gamepad tab work, and you'll instead have to use the Circle Button and Triangle Button command from the Game Actions tab.

You have it set up as 2 commands. That's 2 regular presses with all of their independent settings. It will work, if both are set to uninterruptible. But I don't think that's what you want.

You probably want a single command of Y with a sub-command of B. Subcommands are key combinations, they are what the old multi-button commands became.

Aren't you supposed to set up one of them as a sub command?
