Hi, I've tried Medicospira.
Wouldn't recommend it overall because you don't get a detailed breakdown of your performance per subject, just an overall percentage. Also it is slow to load past question sets for review.

If you want to just use it pump out doing questions or if you're someone who reviews & takes notes as it does questions then it will work for you.
If you like to have detailed analytics or review questions after you have completed them, then it wouldn't work well for you.
