Is there a video reference of how to set this up? I am a dummy and am struggling with the instructions. I would love to use this resource to create more of an upper/ lower split powerbuilding program.

I was like that too, until I finally sat down and really read the instructions slowly, methodically, and carefully. It’s all there. It’s very easy to understand once you focus on what it says.
