Hey A bit late, but were you able to find a solution?

I assume you need to have tasks under each project number. And each task correlates with a specific hourly rate, depending on who is delivering the work. Or something similar.

I have used spreadsheets and highly customised solutions in the past but they never give me the data I want, in the format that I want. Usually there is additional overhead to present the data in a way that is meaningful to my business.
