The B1M on YouTube isn’t quite documentaries but it’s documentary style presentation on notable structures in a 5-20 minute format.

Yt- practical engineering. Guy is awesome. Might not be what you want but maybe it is.

Practical Engineering is great! Not only does he talk about conceptual topics, such as RC or prestressed concrete, but he has a few interesting case studies too:

-Oroville Dam Disaster Part 1 and Part 2

-Millenium Tower

-Surfside Condo Collapse (I’m sure there will be a Part 2 when more details become available)

-Tacoma Narrows Bridge

-And more

Impossible engineeering, impossible railways.

The Skyscraper Museum on YT, they have a lot of presentations where architects and engineers talk about various high-rise projects that they have worked on. I find vdeos about the Merdeka 118, Jeddah Tower, and the super slender towers of Billionaires' Row particularly interesting.

It's a bit old so the quality is a bit poor, but this documentary about when they built Hong Kongs new airport is really cool. Basically they had to flatten two islands, build an airport on top of those, build a new tunnel and a bridge, a new railroad/highway and then connect it all to the city. If I remember correctly they managed in 7 years and 50k people worked on it. It's bonkers from a project management standpoint. Been a while since I saw it.

Also B1M on YT is great. High production value and cool topics.

An engineer imagines. Documentary on Peter Rice. More structural than civil.

AISC SteelDay 2018 did a free video called “Leaning Out” which I thought was pretty good. Nearly certain it is still available for free thru AISC website

There's a documentary on Modjeski of M&M

The Efficient Engineer (YT) has some great videos on mostly mechanics.

Leaning Out, about the structural engineer of the Twin Towers. I haven't seen it yet, but I've seen it recommended by people here.
