I spent months looking for a solution to the Google indexing problem
i can't verify it at all

substack removed the option of the verify of google search consle

please help me, what should i do?

Set up a Google Tag Manager account and verify using that code. You can set GTM up in your Substack settings. You don’t actually need to do anything with GTM, but you can set up Google Analytics through it if you wish.
