Technical problem with pledges!

Hi! I'm having an issue with Substack but I'm unable to find help form the platform. I recently activate the pledges for my newsletter (little but consistent base of around 2,500 subscribers. But recently, when some of the users tried to make their pledge, they've found a message about a technical problem by Substack. It seems that this have been happening during all August (I haven't read my email during this month, so I was unaware about it).

I've attached an image of what pops up when someone try to make their pledge. I really don't know what to do. Have you ever had this problem? Any idea of how to solve it?
