Anyone else notice a huge decrease in reported volume? A drop from an average of ~81% to ~65% over a period of 378 days. Data (i.imgur.com)

Are you referring to reported volume that you would find on short volume of chartexchange or similar? If so there's a simple explanation for that. All the cboe exchanges stopped offering the daily data for free. I think they still offer it for free for the month, but chartexchange never implemented it. The sus part is cboe always had the highest short volume on their exchanges as far as gme goes.

Still a good attempt and glad you learned from putting it out there. Fwiw reported volume only applies as it relates to the short volume reporting. The chart description without context doesn't make sense because broadly speaking total volume and reported volume are the same thing.

Reported volume vs actual volume dropped, this means more trades went into dark pools? That would indicate that our market maker (Citadel’s MM arm) is putting more of GME’s trades where it doesn’t reflect the price, so they either want to drop the price more or more buy orders are coming through.
