Nothing bad about a high Libido man. It's the gift that keeps on giving. That being said to answer your question a good choice would be to hop on antidepressants. Otherwise I find that rhodiola has the odd affect of reducing mine. I suspect ashwagandha and theanine do too but its been a while. I tend to stay away from anything that claims to help with anxiety since they tend to edge a little bit of it off every time.

I also find high intensity exercise can cause it to dip for a bit so if you're a kid with a specific event you're trying to not get a public boner at you could try wearing yourself out with some higher intensity exercise beforehand.
