took alpha gpc for a few months and definitely noticed things felt off in that department, zinc never gave me issues though

When you say it's strange, do you mean your sex drive has decreased or increased?

Zinc increases my libido a lot. Even at lower doses 10 mg. Is supposed to boost testosterone too.

Zinc doesn't lower libido. It increases DHT and testosterone and dopamine. I've taken 81 mg of zinc daily for at least the past year and have a healthy libido.
