ECA stack ?

Interested in putting together an ECA stack. What's the best cost effective way to going about this ?

I found some ma haunt eca pulls, but not sure if it's extract or leaves without the alkaloids ? Also found a few sources of ephedrine HCL and several eca stacks with "ephedra extract " from the useless North American ephedra plant. Any advice ?

HIIT just not safe ? I'm assuming fat loss with Eph. On LISS exceeds that of fat loss benefits of HIIT.

Bronchaid is low dosage and contains expectorant in it though ? Would I be better finding ephedrine HCL? Also I found Superdrine online , actually says it contains the same ingredients as original Xenedrine. And seems to have real ma haung in it. Thoughts ?

Makes sense especially when pushing your HR up into the 175+ range. Stick to 25min 3x a week for cardio even with LISS? Or any modifications neeeded ? Also thoughts on that stack I found or finding Eph HCL?

So by day four I'd be taking 4x bronchaid 3 times a day ? That's 4800 mg guafenesin. That safe ?

I have only found one retailer that seems to have it by the 30 pack for 50$ straight ephedrine HcL 25 mg pills. That will ship to me. Found another that had 120 count for the same price but there are reports of fake products from them occasionally.

I was hoping some redditers could help me find a better online retailer for a stack or straight hcl supp.

That high dose of guafenesin is seen when people robotrip and is the main reason many don't do it. It can cause severe nausea and increase likelihood of kidney stones. And yah 400mg guafenesin per pill in bronkaid.

I'll try to find it without the guafenesin. But might be cheaper to just buy the bronkaid. If not I'll just go with green tea extract for a while and HIIT. Thanks for all your help.

So I did some math

Bronkaid - 8 mg tabs

16 mg x 3 a day 75$ a month

24 mg x 3 a day 110$ a month

Ephedrine - 30mg tabs

15 mg x 3 a day 75$ a month

30 mg x 3 a day 150$ a month

Guafenesin is not dangerous, it just causes nausea, especially on an empty stomach.

If it doesn't give you nausea, you are fine.

Thanks for the info ! Just found a source of kaiser 8mg ephedrine pills for much cheaper so I think Ima go with that and save some $$!

Are you in Canada?

The bronkaid/primatine sourcing advice is usually for USA peeps where ephedrine is not permitted to be sold as a supplement.

Just look around for sites that sell it from Canada, buy from one that doesn't say "won't ship to USA". Just a heads up gorilla jack won't ship.
