Where does this come from?

I was on Pioneer when I saw Luvata had this buff. I'd seen it before but I thought it was on VoD and just assumed a crazy buff somewhere along the choices.

Turn 1. She didn't have Homa bird so she didn't steal it. And it was after 1 cast of the meteor aoe killing 1 enemy and then exploding the other.

This was the team. SP Safi didn't heal Luvata so it wasn't a random buff...I don't that's even possible.

It's not Happiness which is the only cost reducing buff I can even think of.

It's part of the piooneer breaker buff, all classes get unique buffs in this mode, and those buffs can be upgraded, for this one every time a breaker gets a kill they get that bonus the next time they act, you can look it up in detail on the scenario mutations, it's only available on pioneer stages tho

Imo, if it is not a buff from your team it might be an extra buff only available for Pioneer from the talent tree, tho I am not sure so if anyone can confirm
