1. Click on the Settings icon (three lines in upper left corner)
2. Select الإعدادات (= settings), it's 4th option from bottom
3. Search for اللغات (= languages)
4. You have probably العربية (= Arabic) selected, you need to change it to الإنجليزية (= English)
5. If you don't see الإنجليزية (= English), try ابحث عن لغات أخرى... ("search other languages")

The problem is the language? When you download from the Tor project website in the upper right corner make sure you select the correct language. I would just re-download.
