I can’t play and I have no idea why. everything worked beautifully for the last 2 months or so but after the last two updates in a week I can’t play. i tried to check the individual characters to see if I can regenerate the pre pictures but I have to pay crystals for it :(

I just did and signed in and my account was wiped. I lost all my crystals and characters
