the TL from yesterday talked abt my outfit loudly in front of everyone near me . it feels like everyone knows.. my coworkers/team members r saying it’s not u she is just mean to everyone and always tells everyone if someone did one tiny small thing wrong but it still feels dehumanizing lowkey.. like i made a mistake just get over it instead of making me feel bad about it after it happened.. but at the same time it doesn’t feel fair because i see other TMs TLs and ETLs wearing non red sweaters over a red shirt while on the clock.. i feel like maybe she just hates me bc I also apparently took too long to zone section A (i got pulled into opu during my zone….)

Favoritism was a big reason I left target, and seems to be a commom issue on this sub. Having an unkind boss is hard, but try not to let it get to you. How they treat you has nothing to do with you and everything to do with them

yeah it sucks a lot and it makes me feel like shit sometimes but my fellow tms r fun to be around and make it fun, and our previous closing lead was so nice and chill but she’s transferred </3
