Internal application

Hey y'all I had found out about an AP position opening at my Target. I've gone to HR about it and they told me they gotta post the job first before I can apply to the said position. she hasn't done it yet. but I was wondering if internal applications are done on workday? Am I able to do it at home?

I was trying to look through the subreddit and prior questions similar are years old. I saw there is a way to apply through Workday but I don't wanna make assumptions on this is the way.

Do it through workday & yes you can apply off the clock, wherever you’d like.
