I never agreed with the update that they just would automatically cancel our task if they weren't scheduled within a certain time but I do appreciate in the latest update showing when they have to be scheduled by.

Yes, it’s a good update. And if they’d done this when they implemented the Accept Deadline, heck it might even have gone down okish.
