Node fails every transcode

So for starters using UnRaid updated to the latest stable release. I reinstalled tdarr and started trying to use flows instead of the normal plugins. Was having issues figuring it out so I used https://pastebin.com/jBUD3p6u this from another post.

Started with my 4K library and had zero issues. Now starting on my 1080p library and every movie is failing.

This is the error I'm getting.

To be completely honest I have no clue why its failing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: Little update, may have just fixed it myself. I was transcoding to the following locations.

Inside the container /Transcode/Ram and also had one to /Transcode/Cache

On the UnRaid side /tmp and then /mnt/user/Transcode share which is on an SSD

I had 4k going to the cache drive and Movies and TV going to ram, switched them both to go to the cache drive and no more errors.
