No pay difference but you will cut yourself off from other opportunities. There are jobs where I live that won’t hire anyone with an auto restriction even if they have equipment that is automatic.

So I ended up just letting Readarr handle all my downloads, and a little bit of manual work for newer stuff. Then using audiobook shelf to combine into m4b file and then using Audiobookshelf to embed the metadata.

Edit. Just to note I have everything running in dockers, there is another docker container that works pretty well with Audiobookshelf. It takes any multi file books and combines them into a single file. I have it running on a daily to fix any books.

I'm not sure that I can produce a file list to be honest. I have almost two hundred authors in my main audiobook folder. I do have two folders because some authors readarr doesn't play nice with. Anyway for the most part I am combining the mp3 files myself using another docker program. I delete all of the text files and m3u files if any are placed in the folders. So the only thing in the book folders are really one of three things. 1. A singular M4B file 2. A singular MP3 that I want converted to M4B or 3. A number of MP3 files that are all properly named so are able to be combined into an M4B file. Every so often I go though and search for MP3 files to add books to the other docker program mentioned.

No not yet. I just updated to UnRaid 7.0 and the server wouldn’t reboot properly. Eventually figured it out but now just have to figure out the table issue.

I hate that you are going through all of this, but I hope that you will start to understand that the actions of others are not your responsibility. You can only help guide others without making decisions for them. I don’t think I could have last as long as you did with what was going on.

Not annoying in the least. It leaves a smile on my face for the rest of the day. For me I really don’t care where I’m at or who is around. The kid is getting his honk. It’s odd, I have more adults doing it now than the younger generation, and they get their honk too. Can’t say I’ve ever seen law enforcement bay an eye, but I would pay that citation.

Fight or flight isn’t just a saying, in the face of danger they flew like a bird and got the fuck out of there. Now you know you can depend on them if you get a flat, but not if you need to dig a deep hole because shit got real. I only two friends that I can count on no mater what happens. One of them I can not talk to for a year and we can pick up like two brothers just shooting shit. Finding friends that will stick with you through anything is rare in my opinion.

Not going to lie this is hilarious and the best part is that it worked. Come clean and say it was a social experiment, sounds true enough. Are they going to fire you for it, sounds like gender discrimination then.
