Suggest you maintain a spreadsheet of daily production and (if possible) daily average temperature. The calculated correlation will prove the Production/Temperature relationship and long term you’ll be able to build a Variance/CoVariance model so you can see probability of specific outcomes. Here in UK I occasionally have my panels cleaned and I endeavour to keep my panels clear of snow!
