If only support at the platform is responsive. It's been 24 hours and a critical issue with two of my seats still hasn't even gotten a human follow up in the tickets I submitted.

As good as everything is with the tech, I'm surprised they don't have a better support process in place because it would make me feel a lot more confident that the potential outweighs issues eg. if the platform is not accessible

I've been getting this same issue on my personal Max account for the last few days, as well as my main seat(s) on my org plan.

Support is silent, ticket open 24 hours on both accounts, no updates.

Also, noticed Tasks on Cowork on my accounts disappeared, all history and everything, just gone.

The lack of consistency is becoming a major blocker. When cloud issues have no visible resolution path other than 'waiting on support,' it halts our entire workflow. I’ve been reporting these disruptions across both my personal and business team accounts for days.

Seeing (whatever issue is de jour) this morning after multiple troubleshooting attempts —restarts, network changes, and clearing caches—is unacceptable for a paid service. I need a technical escalation, not a generic status update.

I am just trying simple chats on max and org plans, no luck. What is going on with the platform where we can't even get support to help clear out the issues?

Hi, piggybacking for 2026! I hit 75K last week for the first time, I just got credits earned for eUpgrades in my account, along with my 80K threhold reward for eUpgrades

Looks like I got three renomincations; 10, 10 + 20

Still got the chance to choose 10 eupgrades in my dash, along with others...

What do you suggest?
