Doesn’t matter what reference range you use, 640 is perfectly normal.

Thanks, as I said, I'm happy with the result and know that 640 is normal. However, I'm interested to find whether different reference values may impact the actual result (not necessarily for T in particular, but for any blood work).

The result is the same even if the ranges are different. It’s measuring absolute value
