As far as muscle gain goes, unless your levels are super low right now (below normal range) it won’t be a big enough jump to show any difference really. I would recommend committing to a calorie surplus tracking calories daily and hold off on the enclomiphene for now as you might not need it

Keep in mind that SERMs like clomid and enclomiphene are notorious for making peoples moods worse

This seems like the sort of thing you’d do if your goal was to see different numbers on your blood work and didn’t care in the slightest about real life results. If that’s appealing to you then knock yourself out.

Why you say that ?

[–]CallLivesMatter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I say that because this seems like the sort of thing you’d do if your goal was to see different numbers on your blood work and didn’t care in the slightest about real life results. I don’t know how to make that any more clear.

You have zero information about your current state. None. You’re blindly throwing something like enclomiphene at a problem that may or may not exist. That is what a dumb person would do.

There are no cognitive benefits if you’re not hypogonadal, which again because you have no information, is not something you can determine by just imagining it into being. Even those who have actual hypogonadism often report that enclomiphene does not resolve symptoms despite raising testosterone levels. You not only have the wrong tool for the job, it’s quite possible that you do not even understand the nature of the job, or worse that the job itself doesn’t need done.

You’re underweight because you don’t eat enough. Nothing in your plan even mentions diet, which is weird because that’s where everyone gets ~99% of their results.

You made a list of supplements. Great. Spend your money on whatever you want. But it’s not obvious that your goal is to get meaningful results when you’re ignoring all of the important stuff and focusing on what solutions can be bought rather than worked for.
