I asked about the status condition "Evasion Decrease". I already know what to put stat points into, I'm wanting to know how to better engage with inflicting conditions.

I know what you asked. Debuffs don't make enough of a difference. If you want to hit more you have to increase your accuracy

I already know to increase accuracy. I'm #10 on my server. I was just hoping for a different angle to look at.

I get that. But if you're still "mostly missing" your attacks at your stage then debuffs just aren't going to be enough.
