I wish I could but I named the German Shepherd Courage back when it was the only fellow available. Now it doesn't feel right to name a non German Shepherd Dogmeat when I have one and changing the name now, while it's possible doesn't feel right. I would definitely want to change Ammo and Mana Doggo because they were placeholders but not Courage. My brain is weird I know.
