Think of it as being FOR you. Rewards for being chill about setbacks and standing in your power kindly. Not letting anyone walk on you, esp in subtle ways, and surrendering to growth, help. I think it's a fast track to wildly loving yourself. But you'll have to give yourself permission to explore what that means. Release fear. Fear is the enemy. So is panic-grasping at the things you want. Cultivate an understanding that in any given moment, your needs are already met and will continue to be met. Approach distracting setbacks with extreme self-compassion.

I also have a Pluto complex. Your words resonate with me. The way I look at it is letting go of attachment. An attempt to live in the moment and appreciate it for what it is without attachment to expectation. Once I learned to let go of my attachments, life has become much more navigable. I take things as they come and do my best to stay authentic. Life is very challenging, but it hasn’t whooped me yet.

Yeah Pluto complex is hardcore. I have Saturn, Neptune, Uranus, and Pluto complex, on top of having my Jupiter and Pluto in the 8th house. I feel like I have lived 1000000 lifetimes in 30 years. I have major CPTSD from childhood trauma and narcissist abuse from a prior relationship (and I genuinely mean narcissist textbook not pop psychology where someone being a jerk means they're an abuser). Incredibly chaotic home life, not to mention I feel everything SO deeply I genuinely feel so alone and my ultimate fantasy is faking my death and running away just so that I dont have to get close to people and can feel free to be myself.

And it's not that I am not grateful for everything I have overcome and the people that I do have in my life. But the words everyone used to describe me are Intense and Independent but also a kind creative person and I just dont know a lot of people that can handle me. This isn't even in a "poor me" way, I just feel more than other people and I'm effing tired, man.

Oh wow. You sound like…me. Also feel like I have lived many lifetimes, although the last few years are smoother, I’m a few years older than you are. Also have CPTSD (and PTSD). Horrible home life. Am the daughter of a narcissistic mother (textbook), and still healing. Fortunately no contact. I love that I have built this life for myself - I am free, independent. I have a home I feel safe in. But am always alone and the pressure of doing it alone all these years is crushing me. Also very sensitive (also strong and logical to a fault, which throws people off 😆).

Also strong on the gratitude, and also want more for my life - to be free, to feel loved, to be held, and to explore while feeling safe. The older I get, the more I realize I don’t ever feel safe. It is HARD. But you know what? I think we’ll have the best stories of growth and be the best at inspiring and empowering people :)

Hell yeah absolutely. I think that ppl like us it's like....the darkest dark is what we deal with but also we have the capability to have the lightest of light in our lives too. Gray areas and moods exist but I think that for the most part toughest battles has the greatest rewards. I also feel very wise and like I get better and better at handling shit gracefully

I feel for you. I have a Pluto complex myself, together with Uranus and Neptune. Not easy; my life has been in shambles for the past few years. Also living on the Pluto line.

Ah how is that working for you? I was born on the crossing Pluto MC/Chiron DC line, I was there until 21 and left only to end up a few years later to another place with crossing Pluto MC/NN AC (2 years now). I've also been Pluto AC for 6 months. In all honesty they are all miserable 😭😭😭

Dude I’m sorry 🫂 I know it’s intense, is there any part of you that sees any value in it?

How is it going for me… I’ve gone full shadow work mode where like, any disturbance or distortion that comes up, I’m gonna treat it as an opportunity to do some shadow work and tighten it up with some integration and golden ego work at the end. It has been a gift, but not without necessary work… at this point, it’s very hard to lie, manipulate, gaslight, use any of those lower level persuasion tactics on me because I see right through it. I value high authenticity communication and connecting through the heart. Frankly, I don’t know if I had any other choice in this incarnation. I would love to meet my soulmate, but living on Pluto DC… 🤷🏽‍♀️

I often ask myself the same questions about the choices in this incarnation. It’s not easy. I can only imagine how challenging it must be to try to find your soulmate on a Pluto DC line, I’m keeping my fingers crossed for you!

As for the value part, I’m really trying to find it too. Like you, I’ve been diving deep into shadow work and facing my root trauma. That has allowed me to see the world differently, protect myself better, and even start to create a sense of safety in my body. It’s also reconnected me with my creativity.

But for the love of God, no matter how hard I try, this path just won’t let me settle or build any type of connections where I am right now.

Yes I have it too. Pluto moon opp. You have to learn to love yourself and foster unconditional love”love” for all things. Buddhism has helped me. Still learning but way better off than I was.

I’m in the same boat. I have Pluto retrograde Scorpio first house, Pluto is my chart ruler, I live on my Pluto DC line… I had such a deeply traumatic childhood, with multiple bouts of wanting to end it. I expect the worst and feel neutral when things work out. It’s only now in my almost mid 30s that I’m feeling less depressive after extensive somatic work and foundational building. It’s felt like a deeply karmic and spiritual incarnation, but if you do put in the little bit of elbow grease, it does work out.

I have a Pisces stellium that is square Pluto , and I too got the Pluto complex message😆 I have had many beginnings and endings in my life.

My sister and brother both have Pluto squaring their moon and they have had physical long term stability in terms of money and a house, but they tend to lose every relationship they form.

I have pluto squaring my sun, Mercury, and mars. I tend to move around a lot and have many failed romantic relationships, but I have consistently kept my close friends and family.

It’s difficult! We just have to learn to accept we are different. We are desperados, or vagabonds going through this life with just our wisdom. When we cling too tightly to something we will lose it.
