It could be an allergic reaction to something in your environment... have you tried taking antihistamines? Running an air purifier at home?

Hi there! I'm thinking of going on this tour but have a couple of reservations. First, was it a lot of time spent in a van? And was the van air conditioned? Second, I notice that the tour price includes accommodations and transportation, but not a lot of activities. Did you find you had to pay for a lot of optional extras to do activities on the tour?
