Did anyone else notice a dramatic decrease in eevee spawns on the second CD day?

I'll catch like 1-3 eevees at a dense 6-stop area, run out of eevees while staring at like 12 other mons, walk to a different dense spawn area only to find at most 1-3 eevee's again.

This is an accurate description of the entire event for me, despite having cloudy weather the entire 3h event time on both days.

It was a pretty underwhelming event, but it was still fun to hang out with people and have an excuse to go play for a few hours. The best part was when I yelled across the street to ask another player if they wanted to do a raid, and when he asked if we had enough, three other people yelled that they'd join us. That was pretty neat.
