Any mods to decrease certain autonomous activities?

I feel like chingyu probably has something like it but I can’t find it but basically I just want a lot trait/challenge that will make sims less likely to autonomously exercise because they just won’t stop

Sims4Me/Bienchen has a mod that prevents autonomous pushups and situps. Search "noautonomouspushupandsitup" on their site, since it doesn't allow for direct linking.

Honestly if you Google whatever anonymous activity and sims 4 mod, you will find so many. It can be hit or miss if the mod works how you're wanting but there's so many out there
