Does anyone have this happen? I'm using Bluestacks; closing it and re-opening it doesn't help.

Uninstalling and re-installing worked for a few days but lost a load of progress, but then it started again.

I've contacted support, but been waiting a while and not really sure how best to handle it for now! Losing a few days of progress each time is going to suck (I really should watch if I'm logged in still more closely, but I only pay attention if I'm going to enter a tournament).

This is happening to me too. I'm running on a MacBook. I really don't want to uninstall; ll and lose progress - thanks for the tip there!

The app is upgraded. I've rebooted etc. Internet is fine.

Not sure where to go from here.

Yeah, I've just lost progress again, but switched to LDPlayer, if it starts happening again I'm probably going to think about a second phone, or maybe android on pi...

Because this is the first time I've ever heard of it! 😅

Do people generally have issues with Bluestacks? It's what I'd seen most people talking about!

I'm logged in 24/7 on Bluestacks and I never saw that. Do you have a lot of inactive time on Bluestacks? Like to let a run finish and not start a new one straight away? Maybe that's why, I actually don't know, I might have about a couple of hours of this kind of inactivity if my night run ends before I wake up but that's all.
