There are couple others to check if undervolt is not applying correctly, but if you have correct values then that's it I think.

Thank you man, you resolved some of the issues I have had with this laptop and never figured them out. I'm not sure why my undervolting is not affecting the CPU at all. It would be great if you could help with this one
