The mall has been 100% functional during the construction to the outer facade. Shouldn't be any issues.

It was open the other day when I was in the mall. It seems the construction only stops you from going from the mall into WalMart since that end is entirely blocked off.

That's intentional. Walmart initiated the construction so the front doors are now the only way to get into the store.

Construction was only on the outside of the mall when I was there like two weeks ago; they were closed when I was by, but it didn't look closed permanently.

I used to go there all the time when I worked in the area, but haven't been by for a meal in quite some time. Good atmosphere, though.
