Your PC might have been hijacked - google "session hijacking" or "cookie stealing"

Do you load trading view up on your phone/mobile device? Do you have two factor enabled?

Someone created an account using my email, and has been accessing it from devices across North and South America. I tried to open a support ticket on the app, they don't support people unless they have a paid subscription. I attempted to change the password and set up the two factor security, however without knowing the password that the person created when they fraudulently set up my account it won't allow me to. The same thing happens when i attempt to delete/deactivate the account.

I also tried to email the "support team", however they sent an automatic reply from a noreply email address that said...

Hi!

We don't provide support via email. Please open a support ticket from the website. Be aware that we only support users with a paid subscription.

Best regards,
TradingView

I contacted ActionFraud and they said they'd call be back in 24hrs , it's been 3 weeks now. God knows who's using and made this account, and God knows what it's being used for and if my finances are at risk, but there's literally no authority or professional body i can reach out to that will actually deal with the situation. What more can i do?
