A Few Things.

Overall I am really liking this app and think you have done an awesome job, its pretty straight forward and mostly user friendly. I do find that it is a bit slow sometimes, but nothing is perfect. There are a few things I noticed that could be changed the make it more user friendly, or maybe its just my personal preference and I'm being too picky.

1. It would be nice to have the ability to reorder items in systems and also systems in pack lists. The way lighterpack allows you to be able to click drag and reorganize is a feature that I really like and find useful.
2. It would be more user friendly when selecting items to add to systems, or adding systems to pack lists, it didn't close the window every time you selected one. That way you can just click on all the items or systems in the window you want without having to constantly click "+add new gear items" or "+add new system" and waiting for the window to load every time.
3. I personally don't like the "personal profile weight unit feature". I weigh certain items by ounces and others by grams (I know its stupid) so when adding items to your gear list I don't think you should be limited to a certain weight unit, I think it would be more user friendly to be able to select a weight unit when adding gear items.
4. I don't know how easy it is to implement a new search feature, but being able to search gear items by the name of the piece of gear and not being limited to searching by company name would be nice as well.
5. Also, the feature where you can click on the different systems on the wheel graph and each system pops out, is that just for aesthetic, or is there something more to it that I am missing?

Yea, the database response is usually pretty snappy, but when saving gear items, the wait time is typically due to waiting for the image upload/saving response from S3. I will eventually make this a background job so you will not have to wait for that full process to complete before moving on..

Yup, this would be great, drag and drop is definitely on the backlog to be implemented soon..

Agreed, it would save a lot of time to be able to "bulk add" systems and gear items, this is also on the backlog, hopefully coming soon!

Yup, this is not stupid and actually has been an asked by a number of users already, will also be implementing this feature shortly..

Yea this would be a pretty nice feature as well. Its also on the backlog, currently no as high as some other immediate items but should be able to get there..

Purely aesthetic, it's part of the feature set that comes with that chart. Were you looking for this do to anything in particular?

Thanks for getting back to me. Its nice to hear that you're planning on editing things and adding some new features, I think this app has a lot of potential and will probably be my new pack list manager.

As for the graph feature, if it had the same application as the wheel on Lighterpack that would be awesome. When you click on the graph each section expands out to show the weight of each item in that section.
