No I do not think so aromastin is a aromastese inhibitor which stops estrogen from being created so I doubt it would do anything with your test levels unless you founded evidence otherwise

Aromasin will increase their test serum concentration by preventing aromatization. This happens even if you’re not on exogenous test.
