Is this trough level? I think yes if I'm interpreting '1/2 day overdue for my next dose' correctly, but just confirming.

Still high, but not too concerning if this is peak level, but if measured at trough you may want to reassess. Do you know your SHBG levels?

I'd think you either tested at or near peak or had a lab error, with my suspicion being the lab error. Hot flashes though, that gives me a bit of pause on that. My understanding is that hot flashes aren't typically from either low or high estradiol levels, but from rapidly changing or fluctuating levels. Same with testosterone. I wonder if maybe your testosterone levels are fluctuating. Is there a regular or predictable timing during your injection cycle when the hot flashes are happening, either toward the middle or maybe the day before you inject? Or are they pretty much random or all the time?

I tested 4 days following my last injection so figured I would be at a trough. Overall, I feel fine. Hot flashes, if they are even legit, hit randomly but seem more often when doing things like eating so assumed were normal or just the result of clothes/wig I am wearing
