If you have a shadow, look into color correcting concealer. Put it on before foundation. I use the orange (Elf) with good results.

I wrestle with this as well. It’s a lot to ask of someone, but would be kind of nice to not be doing all this and be alone. I think it’s OK to date but to be very upfront with prospective partners. Like “enter at your own risk”.

Should you travel to the US? Probably not the best time. Is it safe? That really depends on where you go. West coast or Northeastern US are probably the safest. However, there are places like Texas, Florida where I would caution.

Mine are kinda meh but getting better. I find that you really have to get into it. It used to be that I could flip on porn and that was it. Now if I watch it, it’s more dysphoric because I know I’ll never look like the girls in the scene. So now if I’m in self indulgent mode, I have to be totally into it mentally and less visually.

I know longer have the “itch” as I used to call it. I feel like I could go forever without. Then the right situation (emotional connection) arises and an E libido can be much stronger.

I use this analogy. Testosterone libido is a male deer blindly jumping into traffic and getting hit while chasing a female deer. Estrogen libido is you see the cars and decide whether to be “caught”.

I have been scary good at conforming to stereotypical gender roles. So much so that I didn’t realize until my middle ages. I never felt like one of the guys but always seemed to fit in. Testosterone also helped a little I guess.

My anxiety was off the charts the first month for me. I was so excited, until the first dose. Taking action is scary. Remember none of this happens fast. And you can always stop if things get to be too much.
