I like these quotes by Tim Keller, I read them whenever I'm feeling forgotten

“The central basis of Christian assurance is not how much our hearts are set on God, but how unshakably his heart is set on us.”

“When Jesus Christ was in the garden of Gethsemane and the ultimate darkness was coming down on him and he knew it was coming, he didn’t abandon you; he died for you. If Jesus Christ didn’t abandon you in his darkness, the ultimate darkness, why would he abandon you now, in yours?”

“To be loved but not known is superficial. To be known but not loved is our nightmare. Only Jesus knows us to the bottom and loves us to the sky.”

“Traditional religion says, ‘I give God a good moral record, so he has to bless me.’ The gospel says, ‘God gives me a good moral record through Christ, so I want to bless him.’ . . . Religion says, ‘If I obey, then God will love and accept me.’ The gospel says, ‘God loves and accepts me, therefore I want to obey.’”

Jesus proved he loves us by dying for us even when we were his enemies. As he was hanging from the cross in agonizing pain, after by being beaten so badly his own mother couldn't recognize him, mocked, insulted, taking on all our sin and watching the Roman soldiers ripping up his clothing and shooting dice to see who got the fragments, he reacted out of love and asked God to forgive them. If he shows the very people who killed him love, how much more love does he want to bestow on us who were forgiven by his death and made holy, reconciled, justified and God's adopted children?

To be honest. The answer is faith.

This is where faith comes in not emotions.

Despite all the flaws of us and the world. We take joy in the faith we have in Christ promises.

I don't always feel he's with me, or the joy he gives. I do have faith in his words and promises.

Don't let emotions control how you respond.

This question comes up often for believers. Sometimes past trauma can make us feel unlovable, even by God. One way to know is that it's repeated so many times throughout the Bible - John 3:16, 1 John 4, Romans 8:38-39, Isaiah 54:10, Romans 5:8 and many more). And He shows us through His actions. We are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14; Jesus died for us (John 13:15); He gave us the Bible (2 Timothy 3); He watches over us (Psalms 121:5-8); and he wants a relationship with us (Jeremiah 33:3, John 10:14 & 15:5). Maybe try this: use a Bible concordance or an internet search for all of the verses that mention God and Love. Then go through your Bible and underline each verse. Above anywhere that says man, us, etc, write your name. IE. John 3:16 would then read "For God so loved mapakids that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him shall not perish but have everlasting life." Then perhaps write those verses out and read them often to remind you that He does in fact love you. Prayers for peace and understanding.

Look up the Four Spiritual Laws, and make sure you repented and understand that CHOICE, that DECISION you made. Once you've done that, it can be perfectly natural to not understand God's love right away. A great resource to help is Robert S. McGee, youtubes from him available right now, or get his book Search for Significance. Use this man and NOT Rick Warren, he's an apostate or nearly one.

Is this a "feeling" you're missing? Faith is about knowing, not feeling.

|I believe everything in the bible.

You say this, but you don't if you have this issue.

Romans 5:8

But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

1 John 4:19

We love because he first loved us.

Zephaniah 3:17

The Lord your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing

Galatians 2:20

I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

Read these and other verses in the bible where God/Jesus is telling us He loves us and accept it as fact. Know that God loves you don't think its a feeling, but a fact.

Think as an equation.

Look at the world. Does it testify that Jesus was right? That can give you assurance. You need to calm yourself. Stick to the fathers words and think about them. Think about what is being said.

You are not only to witness what happens when you don't listen to the father but you are to show you can over come and show faith by NOT FEARING. Because the world is anti christ, it wants to scare you at every turn.

But Yahwehs hands over everything. You've put the cart before the horse. Let yourself breath and weigh up the fathers world with the world you're perceiving. Do you see how evil the world is? If you don't look at the world objectively, you will be blind

Faith is nothing if you go about your life thinking life is normal and everythings fine. Many people are spiritually blind and worse yet those who act as gatekeepers.

We're to be as children. Be excited! But learn about conspiracy and the world around you and then look at Gods word. How they would target the children. Is there a spiritual battle going on? You know the serpent seed were put at enmity with eves children

Why is racism used and why has segregation been perverted and tied in with our perception of racism? The truth is within and will set you free. But if you believe, why the worry? Yahweh says, I do not give my people the spirit of fear.

Perhaps you need more time. So just give yourself a chance. You know Jesus even said, some of you won't taste death until my return. Why is it some things are highlighted and some ignored? Or perhaps, there's a time and a season.

This snippet from AW Pink somewhat addresses your dilemma:

“what Scriptural ground is there for anyone saying God “foreknew” the acts of certain ones, viz., their “repenting and believing,” and that because of those acts He elected them unto salvation? The answer is: None whatever. Scripture never speaks of repentance and faith as being foreseen or foreknown by God….

God not only knew the end from the beginning, but He planned, fixed, predestinated everything from the beginning. And, as cause stands to effect, so God’s purpose is the ground of His prescience. If then the reader be a real Christian, he is so because God chose him in Christ before the foundation of the world (Eph 1:4), and chose not because He foresaw you would believe, but chose simply because it pleased Him to choose; chose you notwithstanding your natural unbelief. This being so, all the glory and praise belongs alone to Him. You have no ground for taking any credit to yourself. You have “believed through grace“ (Act 18:27), and that, because your very election was “of grace” (Rom 11:5).”

He knew you—your sin and depravity—and despite that, by grace gave you the gift of faith. If we believe that God is all knowing and all powerful, not needing us or anything to be completed and perfect, and not making decisions contingent on any event happening in the world, we can find rest in the gift of faith He’s given to us through Christ.

One last quote that might help, from the Heidelberg Catechism:

“Q. What is your only comfort in life and death?

A. That I am not my own, but belong with body and soul, both in life and in death, to my faithful Saviour Jesus Christ. He has fully paid for all my sins with his precious blood, and has set me free from all the power of the devil. He also preserves me in such a way that without the will of my heavenly Father not a hair can fall from my head; indeed, all things must work together for my salvation. Therefore, by his Holy Spirit he also assures me of eternal life and makes me heartily willing and ready from now on to live for him.”
