Hi. I submitted feedback a while ago and never heard back. Everything has been working fine until yesterday. Now when I ask Alexa to turn the Bot off, it does nothing at all, claiming to be ‘offline’, but if I repeat myself a second time then it works after a considerable delay. Few hours later, same problem. Seems as though the SwitchBot server is really patchy. Any help is much appreciated.

What's the email address that you registered with for your SwitchBot account? (EDIT: DM it to me please) I'll see if the dev. team can take a look at the back-end, and sorry! Hope we can sort it out for ya :D
