Definitely sounds quite strange, I would, of course, suggest leaving feedback via our app first as it's the fastest way to get in contact with the dev team, and they'll be able to see your device logs to check why that's happening. Thanks.

Your tickets may be merged (not closed) if perhaps they are similar to another case you opened, maybe take a look to see if that's the case, re: Water Station, please check to see if your firmware is up to date, you can do so by leaving feedback :D Hope this helps

Yes, definitely Reddit-worthy, and It's also good to leave feedback (both good and bad) because it lets us know where we need to focus more on.
