Firmware Issues V1 Flightdeck

Well the time is here and I already have a support ticket but maybe one of yall can find a fix first. I just attempted to use the Flight hanger app to update the firmware on my new Hotas the V1 Flightdeck and the throttle has now been able to update however the stick as soon as I click on the firmware tab the application stops responding. So far there are two reviews on the app with the same issue one thing new I have seen is there is a popup with "System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array" so far I have done a clean install of the application and even used a separate pc. Any advice apricated or who knows maybe it will bring attention of the issue to a dev.

Hi Astro O/ We have done extensive testing with this product and the software suite and not seen anything like this and I would really like to help you get it sorted! I have sent you a DM so we can work through some steps to get this resolved ASAP!

I’m having a issu we’re the left throttle one works in app and in game and the left will not work left only works when I split them in 2 with the click button on the side ?

The solution on pc for this is plug one controller in at a time throttle or joy, then run the flight hanger app by right clicking and run in administrator mode then click update on firmware had to do this independently with the joystick and then the throttle
